Emerging from nowhere but subliminally in the hearts and minds of everyone everywhere, Kansul Culture is everything and nothing. It has no face and no image. It is a person….a group….a reaction…..but at the same time none of the above.
Against the grain of modern society where politicians pander to large corporates and prey on the poor, influencers and celebrities clamour for attention, social media followers are currency, and algorithms impute value to art, Kansul Culture is the antithesis and antihero: “the faceless evasive eviscerating your pagan behaviour”.
Put simply the Kansul Culture EP is the artistic expression of the above. From the ciphered lyrics, recording of live brass and improvised guitar to the natural swing of beats punched into an MPC; a live and organic feeling runs deep in this formula.
There is nothing really beyond the music that needs explaining …… if you know, you know.
